Whether it's personal training or virtual coaching, we'll work through these 3 steps.

Step 1: the wellness audit

Before anything else, we map the full picture: your training history, movement quality, sleep quality, stress load, nutrition habits, and what's already working. Then we figure out which lever unlocks the most meaningful change for you right now.

Step 2: build your strategy

What comes next isn't a one-size-fits-all. It's a framework built around your actual life, your schedule, your goals, and your readiness, with built-in flexibility for the weeks when things don't go according to plan. Because they won't sometimes, and that's okay.

step 3: Coach you through it

We work together in real time. Adjusting what isn't landing, celebrating what is, and making sure you're building the confidence to make your own good decisions. This isn't about just following someone else's rules, it's about learning resilience.

"I highly recommend for anyone dealing with joint pain"

I initially started working with Shelly due to a frozen shoulder that was taking too long to heal. I had been doing PT at Jewett twice weekly for over 6 months and felt my progress had plateaued before full range of motion had returned. Shelly was able to get me better range immediately, and full range in just a few months. Even better though, when the other should froze it only took us a couple of months to rehab that one (with only 1 cortizone shot!)! I highly recommend for anyone dealing with joint pain or immobility. I continue to see Shelly weekly. She openly shares her knowledge and makes the workout time fly by.
